Thermal Guard has been established since 1999.

We have installed films for all types of vehicles including trucks, boats, vans, lorries, saloon cars, MPV and SUV, as well as safety and security films for office buildings and hotels. A few car agent companies have also appointed as as their in-house automotive film supplier and applicator.

Thermal Guard solar control films are ultra-violet ray shielding films from coating (PET) Polyester films with solution containing dispersed ultra-fine metal powder manufacturing techniques and the latest organically coated technology. These two processes result in excellent transparency heat shielding and durable qualities.

The property of reflectivity of the films is about 8 to 9%, almost to clear glass. This allows more comfortable driving in day and night light conditions. The films have zero corrosion problems because it is not a multi-layer sputtered metal coating technology film.

FLEXIBILITY and EASY APPLICATION is the key to its advantages. Thermal Guard solar films can be installed as one full piece using Heat Shrinking Technique. Other films often require two or three pieces of joint application, especially the rear windscreen.

The application is quick and easy with minimal or no water retention on oxidation. The curing time is short (max. one week) and it does not interfere with cell phone, radio / TV, GPS reception and door alarm remote signal.

Thermal Guard solar films reflect 99% of harmful ultra-violet (UV) rays and up to 90% of heat directly from the sun. This means the films do not only protect you from the damaging rays but it also guards your designer upholstery as well. These amazing films are scratch resistant and protect your glass to be more shatter resistant, providing added safety in case of accidents or breakage from thrown objects.

The films also increase air condition efficiency to more than 30% so that your car cools off even faster on the hot days (30˚C to 32˚C). With optically clear visions, you will be more confident of a comfortable and safe journey every time.

All of Thermal Guard solar films come with a 10-year warranty against bubbles, peeling, discolouration, cracking, oxidation, corrosion, adhesive failure and delamination.
